About Our Program

Our weekly classes offer a fun and welcoming environment where kids can learn and progress at their own pace. With open enrollment year-round, it's never too late to join in the fun!


Our expert coaches guide students through engaging activities, and skill-building exercises. Join us for a safe and exhilarating experience, focused on your child's overall development in a fun and structured environment!


  • Sibling Discount: 15% for each additional student / Multiple Class Discount: 25% for each additional class.

    Beginner level (none to little experience), no evaluation needed. Entry-level skills, vocabulary, positions, work on all Olympic events and affiliated stations.

Girls Gymnastics

Integrity's Gymnastics classes are designed with flexibility, exploration, and progress in mind! Starting with foundational skills, children learn and grow at their own pace with opportunities to advance through various levels. Guided by expert coaches, students engage in fun activities that encourage a love for movement emphasizing both skill and confidence-building to develop physical abilities and essential life skills that extend beyond the sport.


With open enrollment year-round, your child can join our weekly classes whenever they're ready, giving you the flexibility to choose the day and time that suits your schedule. Our hassle-free monthly tuition and auto-renewal system allow you to focus on their achievements, which are tracked through periodic evaluations available in the parent portal.

    Our Little Dolls class is an exciting and engaging introduction the sport of gymnastics, tailored specifically for 5-year-old girls. 


    This entry-level class is designed to nurture your child's natural enthusiasm for physical activity while laying the foundation for essential skills on four primary gymnastics apparatus: vault, bars, beam, and floor. No prior experience is necessary. It's the perfect opportunity to channel their youthful energy into a structured and exciting physical activity..

    Ages: 7 Years & Above

    Pre-Requisites: None

    Class Length: 55 Minutes

    Class Price: $79/month


    This entry-level class focuses on developing fundamental skills, strength, and coordination while instilling a love for the sport of gymnastics. Your child will explore all four girls' artistic gymnastics apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, and floor, in a fun and supportive environment. It's an inclusive and beginner-friendly class that welcomes all skill levels.

INTERMEDIATE LEVELS

These levels are tailored for students who have successfully completed the preceding level(s) or can showcase equivalent skills and experience. If your child has prior experience in girls gymnastics, kindly reach out to our customer service team for a discussion on their abilities and suitable level placement. For returning students, please re-enroll at the level corresponding to your child's previous placement with us.

  • Level 2 (Ages 7+)

    Formerly Stars 2


    Ages: 7 Years & Above

    Pre-Requisites: Completion of Level 1 or can demonstrate equivalent skills & experience

    Class Length: 55 Minutes

    Class Price: $79/month


    This intermediate-level class builds upon the foundational skills acquired in Level 1, focusing on further refinement and mastery of techniques on the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts  will continue to develop their physical strength, flexibility, and coordination while advancing their gymnastics abilities. This class is an exciting progression for athletes who are passionate about gymnastics and are eager to take their skills to the next level with more advanced challenges.

  • Level 3 (7 and up)

    Formerly Stars 3


    Ages: 7 Years & Above

    Pre-Requisites: Completion of Level 2 or can demonstrate equivalent skills & experience

    Class Length: 70 Minutes

    Class Price: $94/month


    Your child is making great progress and is now ready to tackle more challenging gymnastics skills. Our Level 3 class introduces advanced techniques, fostering growth on vault, bars, beam, and floor exercises. Gymnasts will refine their abilities in a fun, supportive environment, perfect for those eager to build on their achievements and embrace new gymnastics adventures.

These levels are by invitation only and for students who have successfully completed the preceding level(s) or can showcase equivalent skills and experience.     Formerly Hot Shots


    Ages: 7+ Years

    Pre-Requisites: Completion of Level 3 or can demonstrate equivalent skills & experience

    Class Length: 90  Minutes

    Tuition: $115/month


    Girls Recreational Gymnastics Level 4 is the pinnacle of our recreational gymnastics program, tailor-made for experienced gymnasts who have successfully completed Level 3 or can demonstrate equivalent experience. This advanced-level class is the ultimate destination for gymnasts who are passionate about the sport of gymnastics and are eager to reach new heights in their skills.
